About Kimberly Wiggins

Kimberly Wiggins is an energetic and transformational leader, recognized for building dynamic, collaborative teams. She is civic-minded, having a passion for community service.
As Montgomery County Trustee, her office performs three primary functions: collecting all county property taxes, keeping fair account of all money received and investing temporary idle funds. The Trustee acts a treasurer for the county. Her office also administers several tax relief programs including property tax relief for the elderly, disabled and qualifying veterans and the wheel tax rebate program for the elderly. She was recognized by her peers as Middle TN Trustee of the Year in 2022 and with the Legacy Award from the TN Association of Property Tax Professionals and Presidents Award from the TN County Trustee Association in 2025.
Wiggins graduated with her Master of Business Administration in 2011. She earned her Certified Public Administrator and Certified County Finance Officer designations from the University of Tennessee and has been recertified each year since 2019. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Austin Peay State University.
Kimberly is past president of the Rotary Club of Clarksville, is a graduate of Rotary Leadership Institute, is a Paul Harris Major Donor, a member of the Paul Harris Society and Assistant Governor for Rotary District 6760. She is a graduate of Leadership CMCSS, Leadership Clarksville, Leadership Middle TN and Leadership TN (Class XI).

She is married to her business partner, O’Neal Wiggins, U.S. Army Retired Master Sergeant and founder of Wiggins Medical Transit. Kimberly is a member of St. Bethlehem Christian Church. She was first elected Montgomery County Trustee in August 2018.
